I am the managing broker of the Naples Central and Marco Island offices. A Florida native, I began my career in 1996 as a real estate
assistant in my hometown of Marathon with Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Company. I relocated to Naples in 2001 and spent
12 years in commercial sales with Coldwell Banker McFadden & Sprowls, RE/MAX and Downing-Frye Realty. I transitioned into
residential real estate as a broker associate for Premier Sotheby’s, was a managing broker of Realty Executives and most recently was
a broker/owner of Paradise Properties and Island Life Realty. During my 20+ year career in real estate, I have participated in over 300
residential sales in Southwest Florida and have sold multiple hotels and apartment buildings, ranging from 10 to 100 units. My numerous
certifications include Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™, Graduate REALTOR® Institute, Certified International Property Specialist,
Certified Foreclosure Specialist and 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange Specialist.

When I am not working, I enjoy golf, fishing/boating, traveling, antique car shows and spending time with my family.
